forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the grantor(s) has in and to the real property, together with
improvements, if any, situate, lying and being in the County of Eagle and State of
Colorado, described as follows:
A right of way for West Squawc.,Creek Road, Eagle County Road S23A, sixty feet
(601) in width, being thirty (30) feet in width on each side of the following
described centerline, located in Lot 7, Section 2, Township 5 South, Range 83
West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Eagle County, Colorado, according to the
Independent Resurvey of said Township and Range, as approved on June 20, 1922;
the centerline of said road right of way being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the South Line of said Lot 7 from which Corner No. 1 of
Tract 38 of said Township and Range bears N.89 °55114 "E. 555.90 feet distant;
thence alone said centerline the following three (3) courses:
1) N.20 031134 "E. 70.45 feet
2) 143.90 feet along the arc of a curve to the right with a radius of
1595.21 feet, the chord of which bears N.23 106137 "E. 143.85 feet
3) N.25 041141 "E. 385.05 feet
to a point on the approximate centerline of Eagle County Road No. S23 as it now
exists, the point of terminus, from which said Corner No. 2 of said Tract 38
bears S.62 058129 "W. 1202.52 feet distant.
