1988 by and between Colorado State Rodeo Association, hereinafter
referred to as "CSRA" and Fs gle Cou n y Rodeo , hereinafter
referred to as "Producer ".

WHITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Producer has requested CSRA to sanction and approve a rodeo
to be held by Producer on 0.11 c! t 2 1 1988, and
WHEREAS, CSRA is a State Rodeo Association which sanctions and
approves qualified and authorized rodeos for the benefit of various
producers; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to set forth the requirements of each
with respect to such sanction and approval by CSRA.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises, covenants
and conditions herein, the paarties agree as follows:
1. AGREEMENTS BY PRODUCER
a. Producer shall pay a $50.00 sanction fee to CSRA. Said to
be,paid upon signing this agreement.
b. Producer shall follow all CSRA rules and by -laws in the
productons and holding of a rodeo.
c. All rodeo entries shall be taken by Dial -A- Rodeo. There
shall be definite entry opening'and entry cut -off times
established in accordance with rules provided by CSRA.
d. Rodeo judges are paid $1 per entry ($.50 per judge) for
judging rodeo with a minimum guranteed fee of $70 per judge
per performance. Contestants will each be assessed a $1
judges fee per entry ($.50 per team member in TR & MTR per
entry). If guaranteed fees assessed to entrants are not
enough to meet judges guaranteed minimum fees per
performance,, producer agrees to pay the difference. ( A
rodeo with 2 performances would require a minimum judges
fee of $190 x 2 judges = $280. Rodeo would need at least
280 entrants to,insure producer of not having to pay any
judges fee.)
e. Producer shall establish a minimum of a $35.00 entry fee
per event and shall set fees for each and all events.
f. The rodeo shall contain no less than eight sanctioned
events and shall be directed by an arena director.
Required sanctioned events are: BAREBACK, SADDLE BRONC,
BULLRIDING, CALF ROPING, STEER WRESTLING,�LADIES BARREL
RACE, and MIXED TEAM ROPING. A ninth event, LADIES
BREAKAWAY ROPING, is an optional event that is suggested
but not required.
g. There shall be no limits on the number of entries for each
sanctioned event. t
h. If producer charges a stock charge, the maximum fee is
$6:00 per head of stock run in the timed events and $ 9.00
per head in rough stock events.
i. All information required to be provided by Producer for
CSRA sanction and approval shall be furnished to CSRA
a minimum of 60 days prior to the date of the rodeo.
J. Producer agrees CSRA will withold 5% of the total entry
fees from the rodeo for administrative cost and year -end
awards.

k. Producer shall'not charge contestants for admission to any
performance in said rodeo.
1. It is suggested but not required that Producer add

CSRA approved secretary before the beginning of the last
performance.
M. Producer agrees to have an ambulance available during all
performances and during all slack.
n. Producer agrees to have ground worked before performance and before
slack.'
o. Producer agrees-that if this rodeo receives sponsorship from one of
the official sponsors of the CSRA, this committee agrees to display .
whatever advertising material is made available and to provide air
time for the sponsor on the Public Address System used at the rodeo.
P. Producer understands there may be an Entry System charge,-secretary
charge or other charges asdeemed necessary by CSRA, to each
contestant.;
Z• AGREEMENT BY CSRA

b. CSRA shall provide a rodeo secretary to secretary the rodeo.
c. CSRA shall select and contract two qualified judges to judge each
rodeo.
d• CSRA guarantees that if one of its members enters an event that
he /she will either participate or CSRA will pay the entry fees.
e• Rodeo secretary will have a special pay -off account for rodeos. This
account will be used to make rodeo prize money pay -offs.

published in Mid-America Rodeo News.
h. CSRA will provide Producer with a one -year subscription to
Mid- America Rodeo News.
i. CSRA agrees to furnish Producer with gate list, and performance list
of contestants for their rodeo.. -
3. This Agreement shall bind and benefitValike the parties hereto, their
successors and assigns. -
