EXHIBIT A
A right -of -way for a public road, sixty (60) feet in width, being thirty
(30) feet on each side of the following described centerline, located
in Tract 50, Section 10, Township 5 South, Range 83 West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian, Eagle County, Colorado, according to the Independent
Resurvey of said Township and Range as approved on June 20, 1922. All
bearings contained herein are based on a bearing of N.00 0 33'00 "W. for the
line between the street monuments at 5th and Broadway and 2nd and Broadway
in the Town of Eagle. Said right -of -tray being more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on a line between Corner No. 3, Tract 39, and Corner
No.: 5 of Tract-50, from which 'a brass cap monument for Corner No. 2,
Tract 50 bears N.80 0 14109 11W. 1364.61 feet distant; thence along the
centerline of said right -of -way 131.63 feet along the arc of a curve to
the left having a radius of 146.19 feet, the chord of which bears
N.88 0 15141 11W. 127.23 feet; thence S.65 056140 11W. 276.22 feet; thence
139.02 feet along the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of
480.78 feet, the chord of which bears S.74 0 13142 11W. 138.54 feet; thence
S.82 0 30144 11W. 379.30 feet; thence 102.88 feet along the arc of a curve
to the left having a radius of 287.13 feet, the chord of which bears
S.72 0 14150 11W. 102.33 feet; thence S.61 0 58156 11W. 355.71 feet; thence
45.50 feet along the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of
264.41 feet, the chord of which bears S.66 0 5414111W. 45.44 feet, to a
point of terminus on the westerly line of Tract 50 between corners No.
2 and No. 3, from which Corner No. 2 of Tract 50, a brass cap monument,
bears N.00 0 14147 11W. 643.37 feet.
