THIS AGREEMENT made by and between the County of Eagle, State
of Colorado, by and through its Board • County Commissioners
(hereinaft-er "the County"), and Bob Kohrmann, terminates Contract
No. C88-10-29, dated February 1, 1988, relating to providing building
code consulting services

In consideration of the of the mutual promises and obligatio
contained herein, and subject to the terms and conditions as a

1. The contract between the County and Bob Kohrmann is no
longer necessary because Bob Kohrmann is now a full-time
regular employee of Eagle County.
2. As a recAilar full-time employee of Eagle County, Bob Kohrmann
is entitled to the benefits provided by the County to regular
full-time employees.

CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
FOR EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
THIS AGREEMENT made by and between the County of Eagle,
State of Colorado, by and through its Board of County Commis-
sioners (hereinafter "the County "), and Bob* relating *Kohrrqann
to providing building code consulting services to the County. f,
In consideration of the mutual promises and obligations
contained herein, and subject to the terms and conditions as
are hereinafte,� setts forth, the parties agree as follows:

1. Bob �, as a Special Deputy Building Official, will
provide fire code interpretations, special inspections
and official County representation as required, and court
appearances as necessary in the conducting of these
services.

2. Bob R will provide plan checking services for fire
sprinkler and fire alarms systems within the unincorpor-
ated"area of Eagle County except for the Beaver Creek
P.U.D. Plan checking services will be provided to the
County at a cost of 750 of the permit and plan check fees
for said sprinklers or alarms. This fee will include all
preliminary meetings with the architect or engineer,
examination and re- examination of plans, and processing
up to the issuance of the permit.
3. All work performed shall be conducted in a good and
professional manner and as a faithful representative of
the County.
4. The terms of this agreement shall extend from the date of
execution of this agreement for a one -year period, and
shall continue in effect from year to year thereafter,
subject to appropriation of necessary funds. This
agreement may be terminated without cause by either party
on thirty days' written notice. This agreement may be
terminated by the County for cause without prior notice.
5. While engaged in the performance of his duties pursuant
to this agreement, Bob 4(clm* shall be deemed to be a *Kohr ;nn
contractual employee of the County and shall be covered .CJ
by the County Workmen's Compensation coverage, and for
purposes of Title 24, Article 10, Colorado Revised
Statutes. The County agrees that Korman is a public
employee for the purposes of 24 -10 -110, C.R.S.

6. Bober shall not receive nor be entitled to other
County benefits, such as health, medical or dental
insurance, nor shall he be entitled to participate in the
County retirement plan.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this
agreement this T day of February, 1988.
