States, releases and discharges from and of all lien and claim
under and by virtue of that certain mortgage dated April 6th, -,

A parcel of land located in Lot 62, Aspen Mesa Estates, Filing No. 1, as Amended,
as described on the attached Exhibit A.
being a part only of the property subject to the lien of said
mortgage.
PROVIDED, that nothing herein shall (a) affect, alter, or diminish
the remaining balance of the principal, with interest, evidenced
by the note described in and secured in part by the mortgage,
or (b) affect, alter or diminish the security for the note and
indebtedness not heretofore or hereby duly released, surrendered
or discharged, including the lien or encumbrance of the mortgage
on the mortgaged property not hereby or heretofore duly freed,
cleared and discharged from and of all lien and claim under
and by virtue of the mortgage, or (c) affect, alter or diminish
the remedies at law or in equity for recovering on said security,

ell their heirs, executors and assigns, the balance of the debt,
whether as principal, interest or otherwise, according to the
tenor and effect of the note, or (d) affect the terms and provisions

thereon, all rights of recourse against the obligors being reserved
by Federal National Mortgage Association.

PARTIAL RELEASE OF DEED OF TRUST BY THE PUBLIC TRUSTEE
AT THE REQUEST of the legal holder of the indebtedness,
secured by said Deed of Trust, and in consideration of the
premises, I, as the Deputy Public Trustee in said Eagle
County, do hereby remise, release, and quit -claim unto the
present owners of the property described on the attached
Exhibit A, and unto the heirs, successors and assigns of said
owners forever, all the right, title and interest which I, as
such Deputy Public Trustee, have in and to that part and
portion of the property described on that attached Exhibit A,
together with all and singular the privileges and appurtenances
thereto belonging forever. And further, that as to the
property described in the attached Exhibit A, the said Trust
Deed is to be considered as fully and absolutely released,
cancelled and forever discharged.
