ASSIGNMENT
Robert Gunn, Assignor, does hereby sell, assign, transfer,
convey and set over unto Skatefish Co., a Colorado corporation,
Assignee, the whole and entire interest of Assignor in and to and
under that certain Airport Facilities Lease between the Board of
County Commissioners of Eagle County, as Lessor and the Assignor
herein as Lessee dated September 6, 1984 relating to the real
property described in Exhibit A attached hereto. Assignor further
sells, assigns, conveys and sets over to Assignee, whose address
is 100 Vail Road, Vail, Colorado 81657, all improvements erected
or installed by Lessee upon the real property which is the subject
of the said Lease.
Assignor covenants that the said Lease is not now in default
and that Assignor has full power and authority to execute this
Assignment subject to the necessity of approval by the Board of
County Commissioners of Eagle County pursuant to Section 21 of the
said Airport Facilities Lease and further warrants that the leasehold
estate of Assignor is free and clear of all liens and encumbrances
except general taxes for the year 1987 payable in the year 1988
and except for the provisions of the said Airport Facilities Lease.
Assignee assumes and agrees to perform all�of the terms and
provisions of the said Airport Facilities Lease to be performed
by the Lessee subsequent to date of execution hereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have set their hands this
day of November, 1987.

all in Township 5 South, Range 85 West of the 6th Principal
Moridinn according to the Ihdependent Resurvey of said
Township and Range as approved by the U.S. Surveyor General's
Office in Denver, Colorado on June 20, 1922. All bearings
are relative to a bearing of North 00021100" East from a
brass cap set as a witness corner for Angle_Point 3 of Tract
57 to a brass cap set for. Angle Point 2 of Tract 57. Said
parcel being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of. Parcel. No. 1,
whence the corner common to Tracts 55, 56, 58 and 59 bears

East, 110.00 feet to the true point of beginning. Thence
