TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN;
The Board of County Commissioners of the County of
Eagle, Colorado, being the record owner of the real property
described in that certain deed recorded in Book 165 at Page
333 of the property records of the County of Eagle, Colorado,
also commonly referred to as the' Eagle County Fairgrounds,
hereby gives its permission to the Eagle County Junior
Livestock Sales Commission, a not-for-profit organization, to
sell fermented malt beverages solely on said Eagle County
Fairgrounds on August ll, 1987 through August 16, 1987, in
conjunction with its scheduled function, subject to Eagle
County Junior Livestock Commission obtaining the required
Special Events Permit, and, further subject to terms of any
future agreement between the Board of County Commissioners and
Eagle County Junior Livestock Sales Commission.
