IMIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 14th __day of May 1987
t and between Colorado State Rodeo Association, hereinafter referred to as "CSRA" and
Eagle County Fair & Rodeo , herein after referred to as "Producer".

AREAS, Producer has requested CSRA to sanction and approve a rodeo to be held by
oducer on August 1#, 15 & 16

EREAS, CSRA is a State Rodeo Association which sanctions and approves qualified and
thorized rodeos for the benefit of various producers) and I
EREAS,the parties desire to set forth the requirements of each with respect to such
nction and approval by CSRA.
W,T}IEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises, covenants and conditions con-
ined Herein, the parties agree as follows,
1. AGREEMENTS BY 1110DUCER
a. Froducer shall pay a $50.00 sanction fee.
b.. Froducer shall followall CSRA rules and.by-laws 1n .the
Productions and holding of a rodeo.
c. The CSRA shall choose the Entry System. There shall be definite
entry and entry cut-off times,established-in•aecordance with rules
provided by CSRA
d. Producer shall establish a minimum of a $30.00 entry fee and shall
set fees for each and all events.
e. The rodeo shall contain no less than eight events and shall be dir-
ected by an arena director. Events are, Barebackp Saddle Bronco, Bull -
riding, Calf Roping, Steer Wresteling, Ladies Barrel Race, Team
Roping, and Mixed Team Roping.

g. If Producer charges a stock charge, the maximum fee is s
per head
of.stock run-in the timed events and $10.00 per head in rough stock events.
h. All -requirements to be met by Producer far CSRA sanction and approval
shall be furnished to CSRA 60 -.Jays (unless waived,by the Board of
Directors) in advance of the date of the rodeo.
i. Producer shall with hold for the CSRA 5% of the total entry fees
from the rodeo.
J. Producer shall have no gate charge for contestants for any perfor-
mance in said rodeo.
k. Producer shall allow contestants entries in the following manners

1. Producer agrees to have anambulance available during performance
.and during slack.
m. Producer agrees to have ground worked before performance and before
slack.
n. Producer agrees that if this rodeo receives sponsorship from one of
the official sponsors of the CSRA this comittee agrees to display
whatever advertising materW-is;made available and to provide air
time for the sponsor on the Public Address System used at the rodeo.
o. Producer agrees that there will be a 3.00 Entry System charge assesed
to all contestants.
p.. Producer agrees that any added money will be made available to the
CSRA approved secretary before the beginning of the last performance.
2. AGREEMENT BY CSRA
a. Provide Producer with copies of rules and by-laws that are to be
followed and such other requirements as;may from time to time be
necessary for continued approval and sanction pursuant to this
agreement.
b. CSRA grarantees that if one of it's members enters an event that
he/she will either participate or CSRA will pay the entrance fees.
c. CSRA gurantees to have a specila pay-off account for rodeos.. This
account will be used to make pay-offs.. Any added money will be put
Into this account.
d. CSRA guarantees that it's members checks for entry fees in events
shall be negotiable.
e. CSRA will publicize rodeo information in its Newsletter. Results
will also be published'in the Association Newsletter.
f. CSRA will provide Producer with the monthly Newsletter.
g. CSRA agrees to furnish Producer withate 1ist'and

of contestants for their rodeo.
3. This Agreement shall bind and benefit alike the parties hereto* their
successors and assigns.
