forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the grantor(s) ha in and to the real property, together with
improvements, if any, situate, lying and being in the County of Eagle and State of
Colorado, described as follows:
The right of reversion reserved by the grantors in the quit claim deed
recorded in Book 245, Page 496, Reception No. 141670, wherein grantors
reserved the right to recover and take possession of the premises described
therein at any time the County shall designate the road over said premises
by any name other than "Hooks Spur Road." Subject property is described on
the Exhibit attached hereto.
