QUITCLAIM DEED
The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, acting by and through the Department of
Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration, hereinafter referred to as
Grantor, under and pursuant to the powers and authority contained in
applicable provisions of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, as amended, and
regulations and orders promulgated thereunder for the consideration of a
waiver of site restoration, does hereby convey and quitclaim to the County
of Eagle, State of Colorado, hereinunder referred to as Grantee, for itself
and its, successors, and assigns, the following described improvement
located adjacent to the Eagle Flight Service Station building on Eagle
County Airport property, Eagle, Colorado:
One metal constructed, engine generator building
The Grantor hereby conveys and quitclaims to the Grantee all rights to the
hereinabove described property.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused this instrument to be effective as

I, George A. Gates , acting on behalf of the County of
Eagle, State of Colorado, hereby accept title to the storage building
facility as stated in Quit Claim Deed dated April 27 , 1987, and
acknowledge said acceptance relieves Grantor of any and all obligations and
liabilities, present or future, regarding the custody and accountability of
the Improvement.

Enclosed for your records is a fully executed copy of the subject lease.
Also enclosed are three copies of a Quitclaim Deed for the engine generator
building located adjacent to the Flight Service Station. The engine
generator building is transferred to Eagle County in consideration of a
waiver for site restoration. Please review the Quitclaim Deed and if
acceptable as written have them signed by the appropriate official and
returned to me in the enclosed self-addressed envelope. A fully executed
copy will be returned to you.
