LEASE OF PARKING SPACE
JERRY DILLON (hereinafter called the "Lessor")
hereby leases to the COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
(hereinafter called the "County") the property generally
described as the Eagle Valley Texaco service station, located
off Interstate 70 Exit No. 136, Edwards, County of Eagle,
State of Colorado, for use by the County as a parking lot
during the Eagle County Fair and Rodeo Benefit for the term
March 28, 1987 commencing at 6:00 P.M. through March 29, 1987
at 6:00 A.M., in consideration of the payment of One Dollar
($1.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged.
County hereby further agrees to indemnify and hold
harmless Lessor from any claim or demand on account of the use
of said property as a parking lot during the Eagle County Fair
and Rodeo Benefit.
County shall keep said premises in a clean and
orderly manner and remove any debris placed on the property
during the term of the lease.
