This letter is to inform you that the Renewal of the Cooperative Reimbursement
Agreement between Kurt Schulke, District Attorney, and the Eagle County Department
of Social Services has been approved by this office.
Please be advised that the Agreement's budget is approved for purposes of
allocation only. Specific line item expenditures which require the prior written
approval of the State Department, pursuant to Staff Manual Volume 6, must be
requested on an expenditure by expenditure basis using Form CSE -23, Approval for
Expenditures.
As we received only one original of the renewal contract, it is being returned for
your records and copying, as appropriate. For future contracts, please forward one
original and four copies (Section 6.110.17) to this office for approval.
If you have any questions, please call the State Division of Child Support
Enforcement at 294-5994.

A. Instructions
Supervisor: List the name and official title of the person who will
set personnel policies, appoint new employees and will
otherwise exercise supervisory authority for services to
be provided under this agreement. Also include his/her
actual hourly rate including employee benefits, the
estimated number of his/her hours to be charged under
this agreement, and estimated cost.

EXHIBIT IV
PURCHASE OF LEGAL SERVICES SPECIAL PROVISIONS
l anis understood between the .undersigned parties that the
following,;procedures will .be followed:
1. All URESA applicants..in.Eag.le County whether AFDC or
non -AFDC will be referred to the Eagle County Social
Services for all .intake. and processing of their action.
2. Eagle County Social .Servi.ces will charge. each applicant
an intake -fee that has been .set aside by the State of
Colorado Social Servi.ces'.unless such fee is waived by
Eagle County Social .Services.
3. Eagle County, Social .Services has the authority on all
URESA AFDC support cases .in Eagle County to enter into
and execute a stipulation .between the said Social Services
.and the owing parent as to .any amount of support deemed
necessary to insure that the parent and child receiving
financial aid from.Eagle County Social Services is
removed from receiving financial assistance from Eagle
County Social Services..
4. Any stipulationsexecutedby Eagle County Social Services
.and the paying parent will be filed with the Eagle District
Attorney's Office for Court action.
5. The Eagle District Attorney's Office will keep the Eagle
County Social Services advised of any Court dates for
URESA actions.
6. The District Attorney's Office will bill for legal .services
only on those cases that are on file in both the Eagle
County Social Services.Office and the District Attorney's
Office. The District Attorney's Office will continue to
bill Eagle County Social .Services for any work done under
the.contract and this memorandum and Eagle County Social
.Services will continue to pay said bills.
