COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
PROJECT NO. 5-25, LAKE CREEK ROAD
RIGHT OF WAY DESCRIPTION
PARCEL NO. lA
A parcel of land to be used as a road right of way, located in Section 5,
Township 5 South, Range 82 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Eagle County,
Colorado, according to the Dependent Resurvey of said township and range as
approved by the U. S. Surveyor General in Denver, Colorado on September 7, 1977;
said parcel being more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at a point on the easterly boundary line of Eagle County Right of
Way Project No. S-25, also a point on the southerly right of way boundary of U. S.
Highway No. 6 from which the Witness Corner for the Southwest Corner of said
Section 5 bears 5.10°00'45"W. 3129.72 feet distant; thence along the easterly
right of way boundary of said Eagle County Right of Way Project No. S-25 S.18°23'
17"W. 150.47 feet; thence continuing along said right of way 66.99 feet along
the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 479.77 feet, the chord of which
bears 5.14°23'17"W. 66.93 feet to a point on an existing fence line; thence along
said fence line N.74006'48"W. 30.94 feet; thence continuing along said fence line
N.21042'55"E. 216.36 feet to a point on the southerly right of way boundary of
U. S. Highway No. 6; thence along said right of way 13.92 feet on the arc of a
curve to the right having a radius of 2821.00 feet, the chord of which bears
5.82°21'49"E. 13.92 feet to the point of beginning.
Said parcel of land contains 0.1014 acres, more or less.
