EASEMENT DEED s._/p.l/1
WE, ,DANIEL F. KOPRINIKAR and S. KATI]ERINE KOPRINIKAR, also
known as DANIEL F. KOPRIVNIKAR and S. KA'1HF:RINE KOPRIVNIKAR, both
being single persons, 'of the County *oi: Eagle, State of Colorado,
r owners of a parcel of: land located in thc: NW1/4 SW1/4 , Section 4,
Township 5 South, Range 82 West of the 6th Principal Meridian,
lying Southerly of The Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad
right of way, for ten dollars and other good and valuable con-
sideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, grant,
bargain, sell and convey an easement to HUBERT N. PETERSON and
DAVID L. PETERSON, of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado,
grantees, their heirs'and assigns, for use as a private access
road, the property as is described in Exhibit A attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
SAID EASEMENT shall be perpetual and it shall run with
grantors' land and the title thereto, and it shall be binding on
the grantors and their heirs and any person who shall hereafter
acquire title,to grantors' property.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the grantors have hereunto set their
hands this day of January, 1977.
