valuable consideration, in hand paid by said party of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, ha',.re granted,
bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain
and sell, convey and confirm unto said party of the second mart, its
successors and assigns forever, an eascement for the construction and
maintenance -of a road, through, on under and across the following
described lands, situate in Eagle County, State of Colorado, to -wit:

being 30 feet on each side of the
following described center line:
Beginning at a point whence the Southeast Corner

curve; thence along a curve to the left having a
radius of 954.93 feet and a central angle of 10*

right having a radius of 358.10 feet and a central

shortening the lines to at the
property line.

Together with the right of ingress and egress over said
promises to survey, construct, reconstruct, maintain olperate,
control and use said road and to remove objects or structures therefrom.
The grantor(s) reserve(s) the right to use said premisess
for any purpose consistent with the rights and privileges above -
granted and which will not endanger or interfere with the grantee's
facilities thereon or the use of any rights herein granted.
The provisions of this easement shall be binding upon and shall

inure to the benefit of the heirs, eXecutors, ar-Liinistrators, succes-
sors and assigns of the: parties hereto.
