This being a scheduled Public Hearing,the following items were presented to the Board of County
Commissioners for their consideration:
Commissioner Fisher moved to adjourn as the Eagle County Board of County Commissioners and
reconvene as the Eagle County Housing and Development Authority
Commissioner Chandler-Henry seconded the motion. The vote was declared unanimous.
Eagle County Housing and Development Authority
1. Ratification of Contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate between the Eagle County Housing and
Development Authority and Adam LaVerdiere for the Sale of 69 Marble G134 Edwards,
Colorado 81632
Kim Bell Williams and Jill Klosterman, Housing
Ms.Bell stated that the Eagle County Housing and Development Authority obtained the property in order
to protect the deed restriction. The unit was remodeled and listed for sale. An offer was received by a qualified
buyer who offered the full listing price. The property had been on the market for only two weeks.
Commissioner Chandler-Henry moved to approve the contract to buy and sell real estate between the
Eagle County Housing and Development Authority and Adam LaVerdiere for the sale of 69 Marble Unit Cr 134,
Edwards, Colorado 81632.
Commissioner Fisher seconded the motion. The vote was declared unanimous.
Commissioner Fisher moved to adjourn as the Eagle County Housing and Development Authority and
reconvene as the Eagle County Board of County Commissioners.
Commissioner Chandler-Henry seconded the motion. The vote was declared unanimous.
